Administration Manager Job Position

ORIGIN is seeking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

You will coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times. Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Dropbox, Organization, Professionalism, Work with minimal supervision, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics and Verbal Communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree in Office Administration, Management or related field preferred
  • 2+ years working in Office Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
  • Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite & Dropbox preferred
  • Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems etc.)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
